Because our coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we do not accept returns on opened bags.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] and we’ll make it right.

If you’re not satisfied with your coffee, reach out. We stand behind what we roast and are happy to work with you on a replacement or store credit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
